GO Outreach is the evangelism and outreach ministry of our church. Seeking to reach the lost in our church and community, believers come together at designated times each month. This ministry is designed to reach people in all walks of life, wherever they may be.
Divided into seven teams, we seek to involve as many Christians as possible in this ministry. Believers may choose which team they would like to serve. Teams include: (1) Canvassing neighborhoods; (2) Religious Opinion Surveys; (3) Prayer support; (4) Letter and Notecard writing; (5) Phone ministry; (6) Welcome packets to new move-ins; and, (7) Prospect visitation.
Every member of First Baptist Silverhill is encouraged to serve in some capacity with GO Outreach as we seek to fulfill the Great Commission.
