We are located in the heart of Silverhill, Alabama, on Highway 104.

Sunday School begins at 8:45 AM and Worship begins at 10:00 AM.

Our children recite our monthly memory verse with the pastor and are dismissed from the sanctuary after the music is concluded. They will enjoy a worship experience that is age appropriate. Children 3-years-old through Kindergarten meet in a classroom in our downstairs Children’s Wing. First – Sixth Graders will move to the Children’s Ministry room upstairs in the education space.

Upon Arrival: You’ll be greeted at the door by the smiling face of one of our Safety Team Members, where you’ll be given a bulletin with highlights of upcoming events. They can also answer your immediate questions and escort you to the sanctuary.

Services: Our worship style is blended, including both the old and the new. The services last about one hour from start to finish.

Attire: You will find an eclectic mix of attire. Some will wear “Sunday Clothes,” while others are more casually dressed. Wear what makes you most comfortable.

No, we do not identify visitors in a way that would bring the attention of the congregation to you. However, you will probably be approached with an outstretched hand and a hearty smile!

There are “Connect Cards” on the back of each pew that we do ask you to complete and place in the offering plate at the end of the service. On this card, you can request more information about ministries here at FBC Silverhill, and it also gives us a way to reach out to you to acknowledge your visit.

Our Sunday School meets at 8:45 AM. When you attend for the first time, you will be given an overview of the classes available and escorted to the one that best matches where you are in life.
